Daragh Clune has served as Chief Investment Officer of IRC since 2014 and became its Managing Director in 2016. He has over 20 years of investment and financial markets experience. Most recently, Mr. Clune was an Executive Director and Deputy Global Head of Portfolio Management for the Dexia Banking Group from 2005 – 2014. Mr Clune was responsible for a team of asset managers who ran one of the largest financial fixed income portfolios in Europe. He was also responsible for the government and corporate bond portfolios of the Dexia Group. Prior to this he held senior trading positions within Royal Bank of Scotland’s and HSBC’s Global Markets divisions in London.
